Turnaround Times

All print orders are subject to a daily production cut-off time. Simply put, if you approve your order after the production cut-off time, your order won’t start printing until the next business day.

All orders require the approval of an electronic proof sent by e-mail before the order is sent into production and printed. Proofs for print-only orders will be made available within 4 hours of payment.

Proofs for orders that require design services before printing are made available after the design work is complete.

Most design work will be completed within 24 hours of payment. Some design work may require more time, please confirm the completion time required prior to placing your order.

Standard production times are estimates not a guarantee and will vary by product. Production times define the time it will take for your order to be made available for pickup and not inclusive of shipping times.

Although delays are uncommon, sometimes things are beyond our control. No guarantee is implied by stated production/turnaround times. No refunds or credits will be issued for exceeding stated production/turnaround estimates.

If an order is completed after the close of business, it will be made available for pickup by the opening of business the following day.
